EDO LawJam2: centralising decision-making and public access to information

26 November, 2013

There was a full house when our LawJam series kicked off early this month - so we've moved to a bigger venue!

  • When: Thursday, 5 December, 6.30pm to 8.00pm
  • Where: Bleeding Heart Café and Gallery, School of Arts Bldg, 166 Ann Street, Brisbane CBD

LawJam2 further explores Queensland's Planning Laws, looking at:

  • the centralisation and streamlining of decision-making in planning law
  • public access to information, appeal and enforcement rights.

If you attended LawJam1, this will be new information – and you know it will be good. If it's your first time, here’s your chance to enjoy a free, informal seminar on environmental law in the public interest, EDO Qld-style.

Presented by EDO Qld solicitors Jo-Anne Bragg and Rana Koroglu.
RSVP by 2 December 2013 to edoqld@edo.org.au or ring (07) 3211 4466.

(Note to EDO Qld membersLawJam2 is a public event which will follow the 2012-2013 EDO Qld AGM at the same venue. Notices have been mailed to members. You are welcome to attend either or both events. RSVP as above)
