Two experienced Judges will offer guidance and advice for law students and practitioners at all levels of experience, as well as answer your questions about the best way to present your case.

Hosted by the Hon. Justice Peter Murphy and retired Supreme Court Judge, the Hon. Alan Wilson QC, this wide ranging evening discussion will address:

  • Interlocutory applications in civil, criminal, family and federal matters
  • Written submissions
  • Oral submissions
  • Closing addresses
  • Appeal Court outlines
  • Answering the Court’s questions
  • Some special contingencies – dealing with self-represented parties, ‘Rambo’ opponents, and angry judges
